Al Subaih is a remarkable Yemeni nanolot, cultivated by the Subaih family in the secluded valley of Bait Alal, located in the western highlands of Yemen. For generations, coffee has been central to the Subaih family's way of life—and extended family members come together to tend the land, nurturing every seedling and tree as a living legacy.
Farming in this isolated region is no easy feat. With limited access to water and agricultural infrastructure, the Subaihs rely on traditional methods, resourcefulness, and deep-rooted knowledge to coax the best out of their land.
Their dedication is evident in every step, resulting in a naturally processed lot of exceptional clarity and complexity. Expect graceful floral tones of lily, layered over citrus brightness—orange juice and Yakult—rounded by a creamy, lactic depth that brings the cup into soft, seamless balance.
