Cultivated by Majid Mather in Hayma Kharijiya, Yemen, this natural-processed lot is a vivid expression of Yemen’s unique coffee genetics and deep-rooted farming traditions. Majid learned the craft from his father and grandfather and has since transformed his family’s land—expanding cultivation and building water reservoirs to overcome the region’s harsh conditions.
The cup is rich and layered: red tea and cardamom lead the profile, followed by the tart sweetness of black currant and raspberry. The result is vibrant, spiced, and unmistakably of its origin.
