High in the mountains of Urrao, Finca Granito de Oro sits at 1,950 masl, where producer Fabio Nelson grows the rare Chiroso variety on land passed down from his father. Named after a “granito de oro” or “grain of gold,” the farm reflects a legacy of care, hard work, and excellence.
Fabio’s washed Chiroso has twice earned finalist honours in Colombia’s Land of Diversity competition—a testament to its clarity and complexity. In the cup, expect juicy white peach, crisp green grape, and the soft lift of green tea, finishing with a touch of Meyer lemon.
