Hayma Dakhiliya Alchemy is tropical and bold—a fruit punch of black currant, Kyoho grape, caramel, and vanilla, wrapped in the depth of Yemen’s most remote highlands. Sourced from the rugged peaks and hidden valleys of Hayma Dakhiliya, this lot is the product of centuries-old farming traditions. For over 300 years, local families have cultivated coffee in these near-inaccessible mountaintop villages—11 in total—where 400 smallholder families continue to farm with devotion and precision.
Cherries are handpicked and delivered to Qima’s fresh cherry supply chain, where they undergo Alchemy Processing: a proprietary fermentation protocol designed to unlock exceptional complexity and clarity. Hayma Dakhiliya Alchemy is a celebration of terroir, tradition, and transformation—an expressive lot with the soul of Yemen and the signature of Qima craftsmanship.

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery.
