Pepe Jijon is a celebrated Ecuadorian coffee farmer who cultivates exclusive, small batches of rare coffee varieties on his farm, Finca la Soledad. Nestled near the breathtaking Imbabura UNESCO Global Geopark in the Intag Valley, it is one of the leading biodynamic coffee farms in the world!
Situated along the western slope of the Andes and named after the river Intag, the valley stands as one of the most densely biodiverse ecosystems globally. Its cloud forests are home to many flora and fauna endemic only to Ecuador and serve as eco-tourism hotspots.
