Cultivated in Acevedo within the Andean mountain range, the high altitudes, cool temperatures, rich volcanic soil, and abundant rainfall provide the perfect environment for this Pink Bourbon. The cup offers vibrant and complex flavour profile, hallmarks of the varietal.
This jewel of a coffee undergoes a meticulous natural process managed by Qima, beginning with the hand-harvesting of fresh cherries and careful sorting to ensure exceptional quality. The cherries are then submerged in water, allowing for controlled fermentation. Following this process, the beans are dried on African beds until they reach the ideal humidity level.
