Nestled between the mountains of Pijao, Quindío, Las Marías Estate is a research-driven farm recognised for its precision, innovation, and commitment to showcasing variety and terroir. This natural Geisha, sourced through Qima Coffee’s partnership with the estate, is harvested at peak ripeness and dried in the cool mountain climate, allowing fruit sugars to intensify and flavours to deepen.
Black cherry and dried strawberry lead, followed by bursts of juicy yellow fruit and a refreshing grapefruit finish. With its layered tropical sweetness and lively acidity, it offers a bold, complex take on one of the world’s most celebrated varieties.
