La Ermita, named after the breathtaking Mirador de la Ermita, is a washed coffee born in the high Andean mountains of San Pedro de Cartago, Nariño, Colombia. Grown at 2,000 meters, this coffee offers a smooth, nutty flavor of cashew, followed by the buttery sweetness of caramel and the rich depth of dark chocolate. A final hint of prune adds a layer of complexity.

Processed through a meticulous dual-phase fermentation and water-based pulping, La Ermita reflects the beauty and precision of its mountainous birthplace.
