Sourced from smallholder plots in Colombia’s mountainous interior, this naturally processed Castillo reveals a warm, inviting profile. Maple sweetness, red cherry brightness, and soft raisin notes settle into a creamy, milk chocolate base.
Roasted medium-dark, La Palmera is our house espresso—crafted for balance, built for everyday. Its chocolate-toned depth and velvety body shine through both espresso and milk, while a hint of raisin lends quiet complexity.
