This Sidra Double Washed from Las Marías Estate in Pijao, Quindío is part of Qima Coffee’s sourcing partnership with third-generation coffee grower José Giraldo and his wife María Rivera. Known for its research-driven approach, Las Marías cultivates over 20 genetic lines and pioneers fermentation techniques that highlight clarity, complexity, and terroir.

This lot reflects both their precision and passion, with bright grapefruit and pink guava lifted by floral notes of lily and rose, showcasing Sidra’s elegance and the innovation that defines our partnership.
