The Medjoul Date Collection | Qima Café x The Date Parlour

At Qima Café and The Date Parlour, we share the simple yet beautiful belief that true quality is born from equality. Our work begins at the coffee farms of Yemen and the date groves of Palestine, partnering with smallholder farmers whose dedication honours tradition and perseverance.

Each box of our Medjoul dates features carefully selected Palestinian dates coated in Belgian couverture chocolate and is available exclusively at Qima Café in three delectable flavours: Coffee & Caramel, Ginger & Macadamia, and Pistachio & Sea Salt.

Each box contains 6 dates, 2 of each flavour. 

COFFEE & CARAMEL

A Palestinian Medjoul date covered in creamy milk chocolate, crowned with a sprinkle of cocoa nibs, and filled with rich, coffee-infused caramel.

Ingredients: Medjoul date, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk (dairy), emulsifier (lecithins, soya), vanilla, cocoa beans, cocoa mass, coffee.

GINGER & MACADAMIA

A Palestinian Medjoul date stuffed with crunchy macadamia nuts, coated in dark chocolate, and adorned with a delicate strip of crystallized ginger.

Ingredients: Medjoul date, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk (DAIRY), emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA), vanilla, cocoa beans, cocoa mass, cane sugar, ginger, macadamia nuts (NUTS).

PISTACHIO & SEA SALT

A Palestinian Medjoul date covered in smooth white chocolate, topped with Iranian green pistachios and a touch of sea salt, and filled with pistachio ganache and whole pistachios.

Ingredients: Medjoul date, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk (DAIRY), emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA), vanilla, cocoa beans, cocoa mass, pistachios (NUTS), Maldon salt.
