Nestled at high altitudes in the Gedeo Zone, the Aricha Mill serves 650 local farming families who cultivate indigenous heirloom varieties. Yirgacheffe is globally renowned for producing coffees with delicate floral aromas, bright citrus notes, and a refined, tea-like body — and this coffee is no exception.
Grown in fertile, mineral-rich soils, this offering highlights the region’s unique terroir and its tradition of producing some of the world’s most complex and sought-after coffees, making Yirgacheffe a hallmark of Ethiopian coffee.
