Revolutionary
Notes of Fuji apple, Grapefruit, Red Dates, Lemon. Amaani Al Hasmaani is a second-generation female farmer cultivating the SL28 variety at 1,850 metres in the highland community of Bani Ofair. This coffee is a true single farm lot, grown entirely on the terraces she inherited and has cared for since childhood. Over more than twenty years she has worked alongside her father, steadily expanding her farm with new seedlings each season. Today she tends nearly 400 coffee trees, combining traditional knowledge with precise, hands-on farming. Her SL28 produces a bright and expressive cup, with notes of Fuji apple, grapefruit, red dates and lemon. It reflects the resilience of the variety, the distinctiveness of her land and the dedication of a farmer who has shaped every stage of its journey.

Daily Ritual. Single Origin
Notes of Blueberry Jam, Pineapple, Jasmine. This Juicy and Complex Single Origin comes form Banko Gotiti washing station, located in Gedeo, within the famed Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia’s. Coffee has been grown in Yirgacheffe for generations, using traditional methods passed down through the years. These practice have kept most farms inherently organic. In Yirgacheffe, coffee is typically grown on small, family-owned farms, often intercropped with food plants to maximise land use and provide for families. The cherries are handpicked by families and delivered to the washing station, where they are carefully sorted to remove any under- or overripe or damaged fruit, then left to sun-dry for 21 days. Yirgacheffe is home to indigenous heirloom coffee varieties that are genetically unique to Ethiopia, contributing to the distinct flavour profiles that have made its coffees famous worldwide.
